Norfolk Regional Airport / Karl Stefan Memorial Field is located approximately three miles south of Norfolk. The Norfolk airport provides competitive fuel prices, a comfortable pilot’s lounge and a courtesy car limited for local use. Next door you’ll find Barnstormers, a restaurant and lounge located in the former terminal building of the Norfolk Airport.

Norfolk Airport Services is the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) and is maintained and operated by the Norfolk Airport Authority of the City of Norfolk. The FBO provides a Weather Service International (WSI) pilot weather briefing station. Wireless internet is also available. The FBO is equipped with Jet A and 100 Low Lead tanks and trucks with service provided by an attendant during open hours. Jet A fuel is available by call after hours and a 100 LL self service pump is available 24 hours a day. Jet fuel is also available 24 hours a day for the State Patrol.

The airport has two 5,800 foot paved and lighted runways with a full instrument landing system. The elevation at the airport is 1,572 feet above sea level. Latitude is 41-59-07.67N and Longitude 097-26-06.40W.

This busy airport is host to 1,500 fuel stops per year and 4,000 general aviation flights annually. Approximately 50 planes are hangered at the airport. Information on local tourist attractions and economic development opportunities are available in the pilot’s lounge.
